Remember you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed on your computer to use the editable pdfs. Click on the link below and download Reader 5.0 directly from Adobe, for FREE. 
- To navigate through the pdf hit the tab key to go forward, and shift + tab to go back.
- Or, simply click on the field with your mouse.
- Make sure Acrobat Reader 5.0 is correctly installed.
- Did you type the information correctly? Some of the forms want the date in 00/00/00 others want it in 00/00/2000. All dates want you to type / between numbers not - and no letters are allowed.
- Is it a phone number? You need to type in 10 numbers for all phone numbers. Example (000)000-0000. You don't need to type the ( ) or - Reader 5.0 will do it for you.
- Zip code fields will only let you type numbers in, no letters.
- You need to hit the enter/return key to make a check mark
symbol show up. - You can also click your mouse in the box to get a check mark symbol.
